Hotfix Package 1 for App-V 4.5 SP1 and Create new roles definitions and assignments in Hyper-V.

Microsoft released Hotfix Package 1 for App-V 4.5. I'm not happy with the naming convention of these hotfix. First you have Service Pack 1 and for Service Pack 1 you have a Hotfix Package 1. Read all the information about the hotfix here.
